While our core client base is K through 12 schools, we also provide next generation technology solutions for police, fire, and emergency response groups, municipalities, and small to medium sized businesses. We are currently well over 100 people and are looking to exceed $50M in revenue in 2024.

Ockers is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to bolster our Marketing department, deliver modern solutions to our clients, and elevate our company’s marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
· Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless departmental activities and coordination
· Collaborate with the Marketing Director to orchestrate various projects designed to shape our company's future
· Employ cutting-edge marketing analytics techniques to extract crucial data from social media, web analytics, and rankings
· Assist in organizing promotional events, both traditional and digital campaigns, lending your expertise to ensure their success.
· Plan, coordinate, and lead internal events and manage sponsorships for area professional sports teams
· Create and publish engaging online content on our website and social media channels
· Manage bi-weekly email campaigns to promote our products and support services
· Develop marketing literature, including brochures and press releases, enhancing our market presence and brand awareness
· Be willing to have fun and offer expertise to improve current initiatives
· Establish and nurture direct relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
· Perform other duties as requested
Required Skills and Experience:
· Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Associate or Assistant
· A BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferable
· Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, and adaptable with a professional demeanor
· Possess great time management skills to divide and prioritize daily responsibilities
· Adventurous personality with a willingness to suggest and employ alternate solutions
· Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a customer-centric approach
· Exhibit proficiency in market research techniques and familiarity with relevant databases
· Have a solid grasp of office management and marketing principles
· Self-motivated, creative, and innovative
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications, including CRM tools, online analytics, and Google Adwords.
· Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, routinely displaying impeccable people skills
· Handle daily responsibilities with a sense of urgency
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000, dependent on the candidate’s background, certifications, and experience.
